BREAKING: A fire engulfed Notre Dame cathedral in Paris on Monday, shocking bystanders who captured videos of the blaze and smoke billowing from building's famous spire. The 13th century cathedral is one of Paris' most popular attractions, drawing an estimated 13 million visitors a year. The cause of the blaze wasn't immediately clear.
